Photog Policy
-
We love our land owners — and we want to make their lives easier (not harder)!
For that reason, we ask that you only coordinate with Conservation Florida team members when working out site visit details. There may be exceptions to this, but please double check with us first.
-
We get it — we get excited when we’re out on protected lands, too! That being said, please sift through and select only your absolute favorite photos before uploading.
This will help our team immensely in the storytelling process.
-
Before uploading to WeTransfer or Dropbox, name the file using the following labeling convention: location acronym, event name (if applicable), photo date (yyyymmdd), and your Instagram handle or your first name and last initial.
For example, a clean up volunteer workday at D-Ranch on 6/15/2023 would be DR_20230615_CleanUp_sarahs.jpg.
-
Please send your photos over unwatermarked, but fully edited and ready to share with the world!
We can’t wait for your work to help save Floridian lands. We’ll be sure to keep you up to date when your photos are being used. THANK YOU for helping us protect our paradise.
